Over 1 billion people participated in Earth Day 2017! But action to support environmental protection cannot happen just one day each year. That’s why EDN will continue working year-round to help reach our goals. Earth Day has become the single greatest opportunity to galvanize the world around the value of a clean and healthy environment. As we face the urgent and complex environmental issues in the 21st century, now more than ever we need to seize the opportunity of Earth Day and build a global community that internalizes and prioritizes environmental protection and secures a safe, healthy future. As always, we count on your support to make our work possible. On behalf of all Earth Day Network staff, please accept my sincerest thanks for your commitment.
